Risk Management

In order to mitigate the risk of transmitting the COVID-19 CoPro Home Inspection has implemented a comprehensive, evidence-based safety and risk management program designed by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) utilizing the most up to date recommendations from all local, state, and federal standards.

COVID-19 Policy and Procedures

Stay safe. If you wish to attend the inspection, we recommend doing so towards the end of the inspection, the last 30-45 minutes for review and practice social distancing.

If you choose not to be present at the inspection due to the concerns of the Coronavirus, I’ve got you covered! The detail in my report will make you feel as if you were there for the inspection and I can follow up with a call to you after the inspection.

Do not attend the inspection if you feel sick, or if you exhibit symptoms of a respiratory illness. Contact your medical provider.

Do not bring children, relatives, contractors, and others to the inspection.

Use hand sanitizer before entering and before leaving the home. Avoid touching your face.

Touch as few things in the home as possible. We have all related PPE to conduct the inspection and reduce the likely hood of spreading the virus.

Additionally, all recommended procedures for hand hygiene, application and disposal of PPE and social interactions as set forth by all local, state, and federal will be strictly adhered to.

The inspection agreement, reports and payment are all processed electronically reducing the need for person to person contact.
